I am an ICF-certified coach, strategy leader, global citizen, and proud mama. For 20+ years, I’ve walked the path of leadership across Fortune 500s, nonprofits, and start-ups, gaining deep insight into how leaders grow and how transformation unfolds.
Zara Coaching was born from my lived experience as a first-generation woman navigating leadership, motherhood, and identify. I created this space to offer genuine partnership. A place to pause, realign, and step into a more grounded, purposeful version of yourself.
